Our story
It all started with La Judería de Vejer, a small restaurant in the heart of the village that became a meeting point for locals and travelers. Over the years, the project grew: La Taberna, La Vinográfica, and finally, the dream of creating a place to sleep surrounded by the same philosophy.
This is how Hospedería Manzanilla was born: seven unique rooms in a lovingly restored historic building, where each space is named after a wine from our land. A tribute to the wine culture of Cádiz and traditional Andalusian architecture.
