This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made at Manzanilla Hospedería Boutique, an establishment managed by ALOJAMIENTOS INTERVEJER, S.L., with Tax ID B67829101 and registered address at calle Rosario, 25, 11150 Vejer de la Frontera (Cádiz), Spain.
Given the exclusive nature of our accommodation, with only 7 rooms of artisanal and sustainable design, any cancellation has a significant impact on our operations. For this reason, we apply the following conditions:
1. Cancellation periods by season
High Season
From 1 July to 1 September, national bank holidays and public holidays
- Free cancellation: Up to 15 days before the arrival date. 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Late cancellation (between 14 and 8 days before): 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
- Last-minute guarantee (7 days or less): No refund will be issued. However, the customer may request the conversion of the amount into a Stay Voucher (see section 2).
General Season
Rest of the year
- Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before the arrival date.
- Late cancellation (between 6 and 3 days before): 50% of the total amount will be retained.
- No-show or cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice: 100% of the stay will be charged.
2. Flexibility commitment: The Manzanilla Voucher
In the event of late cancellations due to force majeure, ALOJAMIENTOS INTERVEJER, S.L. offers the possibility of issuing a Stay Voucher for the value of the retained amount (less a 5% administrative fee).
Manzanilla Voucher conditions:
- The voucher will be valid for 12 months from its date of issue.
- Subject to availability and rate changes according to the new season chosen.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Transferable to third parties upon notification.
3. Non-refundable rates
Bookings made under "Non-Refundable Rate" or specific promotional offers do not allow refunds or date changes under any circumstances, due to the special discount already applied.
This condition will be clearly indicated during the booking process before payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation procedure
For a cancellation to be valid, it must be communicated in writing to:

The date and time of receipt of the email will serve as the basis for calculating the deadlines mentioned above.
We will send confirmation of receipt within a maximum of 48 working hours.
5. Booking modifications
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- If the new date has a different rate, the corresponding price will be adjusted.
- Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Only one date change per booking is allowed without additional charge.
6. Check-in and check-out

Check-out By 11:00 am
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and a possible additional charge. Please enquire in advance.
7. Data protection
We inform you that your personal data will be processed by ALOJAMIENTOS INTERVEJER, S.L. in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the management of your booking and the invoicing of the service.
